本日（1月8日）未明に新潮社より取材依頼がき、一方的に本日締め切りとしながら、電話の一本もない、という粗悪な取材なので弁護士対応といたしました。以下、新潮社の佐藤大介氏のメールへの回答を掲載します。

本日（1月18日）取材依頼メールを受信しました。
率直に申し上げて、あまりに粗雑な取材の申し込みに驚いております。
御社と貴殿は、本日（18日）未明の1時45分に私の個人HPに「質問状」を送信され、たったの電話の一本もいただけない中、一方的に本日15時の締め切りと期限まで設定しておられます。
取材中の私が、事務所スタッフから転送されたのはちょうどいま（午後1時10分）ですが、当然にあと数十分で多岐にわたる質問状にお答えする時間はありません。
『週刊新潮』や『新潮45』や出版などで長く仕事をご一緒してきた私といたしましても、最近の新潮社はこんな粗雑な取材方法を許しているのかと驚くとともに、深く失望しております。
上記の状況を鑑み、今回のご質問の回答（係争中の相手の言い分のみの質問）は物理的にも不可能なので、本件については代理人弁護士の喜田村洋一に一任しました。
健全なジャーナリズムの観点からも、最近増えてきているこの種の劣悪な取材方法については、今後、お控えいただくよう切に求めます。
